This design is my pen and ink dried artichoke reproduced in vaious sizes. I drew it while a student in botanical illustration at the University of North Carolina's Botanical Garden. There I took classes illustrating using different mediums. I loved it--it was tranquil drawing plants/flowers, and I've always been drawn to detail and texture.I graduated from Northeastern University, Boston, with a BA degree in liberal arts. Major: fine arts with a minor in English.
